AP Recruiters & Associates is a small, Florida-based staffing and recruitment firm that excels in connecting top contract and direct hire talent with companies across various industries. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and established relationships in the United States, as this is our primary market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new leads
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the recruitment industry
- Established network and relationships in the United States
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
- Reliable high-speed internet and electric power
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, if needed
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
