Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) + Weekend Rotation

Position Summary:
Are you a driven salesperson with a passion for finding solutions and helping others? In this role, you'll connect with healthcare professionals throughout the Twin Cities, educating them about our comprehensive home care services. You'll consult with community staff, clients, and their families, demonstrating why we are the ideal home health agency to meet their care needs and improve their quality of life. Successful candidates will have direct healthcare sales experience and a proven track record of top performance.

Benchmarks of Success:
- Prospect new business through calls, drop-ins, meetings, and events
- Build brand awareness and partnerships with healthcare organizations to create referral opportunities within the community
- Serve clients, families, and communities by acting as a consultant to address their needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand our current market position, key competitors, and growth opportunities
- Maintain a routine presence in potential referring partners’ locations, engaging with decision-makers
- Initiate the referral cycle with new or cold accounts by building relationships and educating Social Workers and Discharge Planners
- Follow up on referrals, acting as a consultant to clients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Background in Healthcare Sales, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in prospecting and developing key relationships on behalf of your organization is ideal
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to project professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
- High degree of accountability for planning, execution, and follow-up
- Understanding of the need for daily driving throughout the Greater Twin Cities metro area
