To do so, we are not only developing and releasing more advanced models (we announced Llama 3.2 at Connect 2024) but are also helping partners leverage our models and all of its functionality.We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, focused on enabling our strategic channel partners to scale Llama adoption with their top customers. You will be responsible for designing and operating GTM programs and actively managing the development of a set of focused partners to accelerate adoption & growth of Llama models & features. In this role, you will work closely with our channel partners to understand their customers’ needs, provide support in lead generation and Llama adoption, then discover and scale new use cases and implementations. The successful candidate may also have experience driving ecosystem partnerships to support Meta’s Llama models for cloud, hosting, distribution & ISV partners.

Business Development Manager, AI Partnerships Responsibilities:
- Work with AI technology channel partners to enable Llama with Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations
- Establish and grow key relationships with new and existing cloud/hosting/distribution/enablement channel partners
- Oversee the timely management of new model launches
- Define joint collaboration opportunities then negotiate & close high-impact partnerships
- Drive partner-sourced end-user success stories/case studies
- Collaborate with channel partner GTM, sales, product management, and other key stakeholders to identify product and knowledge gaps and develop targeted initiatives to address them
- Design and implement sales enablement content, tools, and resources that support the sales process and drive adoption of best practices
- Utilize data-driven insights from customer conversations and other sources to continuously refine and optimize enablement programs
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using metrics to demonstrate impact on sales performance and revenue growth
- Work cross-functionally with legal, marketing, product, and engineering teams to advocate internally for partners and educate on industry trends
- Discuss Llama’s offerings, representing Meta at industry events and with partners and customers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in partnerships, business development, product management, or product marketing in an internet or technology startup environment
- Experience driving growth or leading GTM initiatives for fast-paced, high-performing companies
- Experience closing strategic software or service deals
- Experience presenting to and communicating with executives and leaders
- Analytical skills and experience interpreting sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, marketing and legal teams (including familiarity with legal agreements)
- Experience thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic environment & adapt to changing priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the cloud/distribution/hosting ecosystem and AI/ML technology landscape
- Experience working with cloud service providers, large systems integrators, or on-premise solutions providers in an enterprise or business development context in the AI domain
- Knowledge of the broader AI policy and regulatory positions
- Experience in start-ups, accelerators, cloud platforms, enterprise and/or technology companies
- Experience establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives
- Experience optimizing inbound lead generation processes
