Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals
- Lead, hire, and train the sales team while managing day-to-day operations
- Set and monitor sales quotas, providing ongoing professional development
- Analyze sales data to improve strategies and outcomes
- Collaborate with management on financial goals, pricing strategies, and customer targeting

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in construction
- Proven success in identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
