Job Description:
Business Development Manager enabling Sales / Business growth to the existing and new customer in the Process Industry under Manufacturing Vertical.
Responsibilities:
" Understand Market Trends, Industry Trends, Customer Business, Transformation needs.
" As an expert in process Industry, build and execute business plans to grow IoT and Engg business in process Industry
" Work with clients to solve their business problems with right solutions, offerings
" Engage with Presales, Solutions team to drive customer discussions to generate new business.
Qualifications:
Educational:
-> Engineering Degree (Must Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrument), Management Degree (Good to have)
Competencies:
" 15+ years experience in Process / Chemical Industry Domain, preferably working at a leading engineering and IoT Service provider
" Experience in sales, presales and Business Development
" Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
" Experience working with Global Teams
" Strong organizational and multitasking skills
" Customer-oriented approach
" Problem-solving aptitude
