Technical, Business & Role Skills:
- Conduct remote and in-person interactions with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead engagement and follow-up strategies.
- Identify and qualify cold leads.
- Develop business opportunities within the healthcare and insurance segments.
- Strengthen Softtek's expertise in North Texas healthcare and insurance by engaging with leaders and adapting to market needs.
- Companies in the Texas area in need of nearshoring services for app development, digital transformation and IT operations.
- Ability to manage interactions with potential clients from lead qualification to advanced stages of the conversion funnel.
- Experience selling & understanding technology services.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Hunter / Business Development Manager
- Focused on opening new opportunities in the USA market, primarily in North Texas.
- Sales skills and knowledge in nearshoring services.
