The Opportunity
Premier is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our growing team. Our purpose is to redefine the construction industry by providing our customers with a remarkable experience. Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-PREMIER organizations.
Help produce and send large mailings, including email campaigns, brochures, pamphlets, and monthly e-newsletters/blogs
Identify and reach out to potential clients (Cold calls/emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
Help to develop in-bound leads and respond to inquiries from various lead sources, including all marketing campaigns, website programs, call-ins, email, conferences and other channels
Assist with lead generation campaigns and complete accurate tracking of communication with potential and existing clients/partners
Schedule exploratory calls and send introductory emails to potential clients
Develop an annual marketing/development calendar
Actively understand our services and industry trends to effectively communicate
Support strategy team across new business opportunities with appropriate team members
Manage and foster client relationships
Attend various marketing events on the company's behalf
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Sales navigator
- Outgoing and amicable personality
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a team and learn new skills
- Must be able to sit at a desk for periods of 4 hours or more and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Marketing/Business degree is preferred
- Experience in the Construction Industry is preferred but not required.
- The ability to try new ways of selling, prospecting, and engaging with your customers as well as your internal teams. Be creative and have fun.
