We have an outstanding career for opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a leading Company located in the Nashville, TN surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and opportunities with key decision makers resulting in the sale of Electronic Security Technology Systems and maintenance contracts.
- Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the overall sales process.
- Conduct customer site walk-thru's and estimate Electronic Security system installations and service opportunities.
- Work with other personnel to execute growth, development, sales, and marketing of all Electronic Security solutions offered.
- Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, and associations.
- Construct and submit professional written proposals within established deadline.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Prior professional sales experience calling on commercial customers within the Electronic Security System market or related technologies.
- Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions.
- Work independently as well as within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Shows initiative, engages in proactive behavior, and looks for opportunities.
- Very adaptable and responds effectively to changes in situation or information.
- Strong sales, presentation, communication, and customer relation skills along with knowledge of products and services.
