Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will prospect new clients, identify staffing needs, and create marketing plans to develop client relationships. The role involves external sales activities like attending client meetings, networking events, and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and sell staffing solutions.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to generate and expand business.
- Build client relationships through cold calling and prospecting.
- Negotiate fees and close deals to meet company goals.
- Attend networking events and represent Addison Group professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior sales experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive spirit and ability to connect with others.
Additional Details:
- This role is onsite, with the potential for a hybrid schedule in the future.
- Weekly activities include a high volume of outbound calls and client visits.
