Job Title: Business Development Manager-Staffing Sales (MSP/VMS)
Requirements:
The role is primarily for a hunter to bring in new logos to the company in the areas of IT, BPO, Admin, Clerical, Finance and Healthcare staffing. This role does not involve LIGHT INDUSTRIAL staffing.
Build relationship with key point of contacts who engage in contingent workforce hiring.
- Deep understanding of organizational procurement structure such as Chief procurement officer, Contingent workforce category manager, MSP program manager, MSP supplier manager.
- Attend contingent workforce industry conferences.
- Create presentation decks and case studies explaining our business capabilities.
- Speak at contingent workforce industry events.
- Manage P&L for MSP accounts.
- Prior experience in working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc.
- Experience in completing RFI/RFP's.
- Understanding marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation.
- Providing inputs for marketing collateral.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn sales navigator, Discoverorg, etc.
- Manage onsite and offshore account managers for existing MSP accounts.
- Hands on knowledge of using industry recognized CRM.
- Requires up to 80% travel on short notice.
Salary: Base plus recurring commissions
