Dynamic and growing retail company is seeking a Business Development Project Manager! The Business Development PM will provide support and manage projects related to the Business Development team in the pursuit of new opportunities within WHSmith North America's portfolio of existing and potential retail locations in a variety of markets; airports, casinos/resorts, high traffic tourist destinations and travel retail venues.

What You'll Do:
- Ensuring all BD output meet MRG and IMEG brand standards; incorporating WHSmith where appropriate
- To assist and support the Divisional Director for Business Development on presentations for direct negotiations and client presentations supporting Resorts/Casinos, Rail, and Airport RFP’s, direct negotiations, and Interviews
- Lead presentations for direct negotiations and client presentations supporting Resorts/Casinos, Rail, and Airport RFP’s, direct negotiations, and interviews
- To maintain the proof-reading process with third parties to ensure RFP compliance and accuracy
- Managing the coordination of various elements of RFP responses with other departments
- Maintaining Business Development projects from an administrative perspective
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as appropriate
- Professionally communicate with third parties such as Clients, Landlords, Minority Business Partners, Industry Consultants, Third Party Brand Partners and Vendors
- May attend a variety of inter department meetings
- Ensure that all aspects of the Development Process are compliant with all contract terms and legal requirements
- Lead tasks pertaining to Projects and RFP process and development
- Managing, sourcing, and organizing the assembly and packaging of the final RFP proposals, and potential hand delivery of same within the appropriate timeline
- Works well under stress and tight deadlines and timelines
- Ability to handle, organize, and progress on multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Maintain reports and make team members aware of priorities to prevent delays within the project
- To conduct him/herself in the spirit of the WHSNA mission, vision, core values and organizational health
- Other duties may be assigned
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience working with high level, fast paced B2B sales executives
- Experience in project management helpful
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and possess a sense of urgency and flexibility
- Organization and time management skills
- Advanced computer skills in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Subject to satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing
- Spur of the moment transportation required
