Location: Remote- West Coast Territory- Oregon, California, Wasington, Nevada

Salary: $50,000 base + uncapped commission (potential to earn $150k!)

The Role:

You'll make cold calls, attend exciting conventions, and collaborate with our talented internal teams to ensure our clients achieve their wildest dreams.

What You'll Do:

• Cold Call Crusader: Reach out to dispensaries nationwide, introducing them to our game-changing fintech solutions.
• Event Enthusiast: Attend industry conventions and conferences, networking with key players and spreading the Salt Money love.
• Team Player: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction for all clients.
• Industry Expert: Stay up-to-date on cannabis industry trends and regulations to better serve our clients.

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for the cannabis industry and FinTech
• Previous experience in sales or business development (bonus points for cold calling experience!)
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships
• A self-starter attitude with a competitive spirit
