Job Overview: We're seeking a driven and strategic Business Development and Sales Representative to join our client's team and drive the expansion and success. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for securing new referrals from court systems, expanding into new states, and securing state contracts and federal grants. Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Partnership Building:
- Identify and secure new referrals from court systems, focusing on Georgia and beyond.
- Foster relationships with government agencies to obtain state contracts and federal grants.
- Network with potential partners and clients to expand the market base for courses.
Strategic Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the eLearning sector.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to promote courses and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Performance & Growth:
- Meet and exceed targets for referrals, contracts, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Continually refine sales techniques and strategies to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in eLearning, education, or social services.
- Strong understanding of government contracting processes and experience in securing state or federal grants.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about social impact, with a particular interest in education and rehabilitation.
