RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets through market research and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling, informative sales presentations and negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years experience in real estate, with a current Colorado RE license or willingness to obtain one
- 1-3 years of sales-related experience
- Market research skills, comfortable with prospecting and networking.
- Able to work in a hybrid setting with strong initiative and the ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $100,000 OTE base + Commission
