Job Description: Business Development Staffing Representative (BDSR) (1099 Contractor with Residuals)

Job Summary
As a BDSR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing new business opportunities for Griffin Consultants LLC. You will actively engage with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Business Development: Prospect for new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and staffing requirements.
· Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify specific staffing needs and challenges.
· Solution Development: Develop customized staffing solutions that align with clients' goals and budget constraints.
· Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling proposals outlining the benefits of partnering with Griffin Consultants LLC.
· Client Acquisition: Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
· Account Management: Manage existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

· You will receive access to our ATS that will attract, organize, and store candidates for your clients.

· Access to virtual meetings systems so communication with you and your clients are most effective.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Clients get the option of 3 different payment structures that are tailored to their needs. It’s your job to find out which one works best for them and why. The goal: Get that contract signed! As the BDSR, you also have to option to execute on filling the roles of the client for added compensation. See table below:
How to calculate it:
- Option 1-Flat Fee Plan
- BDSR Comp: $1000
- BDSR + Recruiter Comp: $200
- X 3 Clients per Month= $8000
- Option 2- Growth Plan
- BDSR Comp: $1000/M
- BDSR + Recruiter Comp: $2000
- X 3 Clients per Month= $6000
- 6 Months, 3 clients per month= $36,000
- Option 3-Percentage Plan
- TBD-Varies depending on role and budget given my client.
- Always BDSR-One Time payment. Usually 2%
*Paid out 30 Days post client payments are received by Griffin Consultants. Commission-Based Only: Your compensation will be directly tied to your success in generating new business for Griffin Consultants LLC.
Note: As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, including self-employment taxes.
