Job Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in expanding our network of healthcare providers and facilities by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through cold calling and other outreach efforts. This role offers hourly pay with the opportunity to earn significant commission based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other potential clients to introduce our staffing services.
- Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations to understand their staffing needs.
- Present our agency's services and tailor pitches to align with the client's needs.
- Schedule meetings and consultations between potential clients and senior account executives.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients through email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and our service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling (healthcare or staffing industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
