About the Job
Comfort Dynamics is currently seeking a Business Development Representative to work in the field at one of our partner businesses, greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face, while generating interest in our residential air-conditioning and furnace mainenance and replacement services. Our BDR's act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses by engaging with the public, answering customer questions about our products and services, and encouraging them to schedule an appointment for estimates of these services. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy engaging people in conversation, be sales-motivated, and have a strong work ethic for an autonomous work setting.
Schedule: Friday-Sunday

What Will I Do?
- Develop busniess for Comfort Dynamics by engaging with customers, encouraging them to learn about our services
- Walking throughout the store, engage customers in conversations about their home service needs
- Explain features and benefits of services while seeking information from the customers about their individual needs
- Schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customers' home to provide estimates for services
- Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Do I have What it Takes?
- Prior experience working is retail is highly desired but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 4-8 hours at a time
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- A+ communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a smart phone
- No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required
