About the Job
Our BDR's work onsite at our partner retail locations, greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential furnace and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement. We’re looking for motivated, sales driven & career-minded people to join our team! Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience everyday. This opportunity will require you to work on-site, in a retail store, this is NOT a remote position.

Responsibilities:What Will I Do?
- Autonomous work in the field at one of our partner retail locations (Ability to work independently required)
- Greet customers in the store, encouraging them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
- Engage customers in conversation and connect them with our in-house call center to schedule an appointment
- Build relationships with customers who may be interested in reaching back out at a later date for themselves, friends, or family members
- Attend weekly or monthly meetings and trainings
- Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
