An established specialty manufacturing company is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join their growing team.
The BDR has an open territory and will generate new sales opportunities and add qualified leads to the sales funnel.

- $60,000-$70,000 + Commission

Responsibilities:
- Execute business growth plan to increase sales month over month, quarter over quarter, and year over year.
- Define available markets & trends, customer targets, and strategies to pursue them.
- Acquire new business and develops new relationships with prospective customers to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Document and utilize information in CRM.
- Meet with existing customers to maintain relationships.
- Ability to re-engage customers who are low or non-performing by developing new strategies, offering solutions and tactics to develop and grow current business.
- Cultivate customer relationships, laterally and above the primary contact.
- Participate in sales meeting and provides pipeline and other sales related updates to sales team.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products and/or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Understand and resolve customer issues regarding sales, service, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred
- Minimum of five years of similar business development experience with proven success
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to interact effectively with Senior Executives
- Travel required
