As a Business Development Specialist at City Wide, you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and driving business growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential clients who can benefit from City Wide's services
- Engage in outbound sales calls, emails, and social media interactions to generate leads and set appointments
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of all prospect interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation targets
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
