Our Business Development Trainers focus on training auto dealership Sales Managers and F&I Managers, enhancing their profitability, compliance, and customer experience. The ability to train auto dealer managers is the chief requirement needed for our Business Training Development Managers. There is a difference between real training and just talking to a group and presenting information. Our Business Development Managers improve skills so the dealers' staff are more productive and compliant and customers are satisfied. They are "difference makers." Have you performed and excelled at these duties?
To ensure a great fit for both the candidate and our client, we are seeking candidates with the following experiences/abilities/traits:
- Dealership front-end experience such as F&I, sales management, or GM is a hard requirement
- Training experience is also required
- Automotive aftermarket is an additional requirement
- Ability to work in or relocate to Kansas City or Chicago
- Proven superior performance – we will ask you about your accomplishments
- Ability to create curriculum
- Ability to make presentations to senior management
- Technologically savvy – with the ability to learn and leverage their system
- Engaging personality
Our client offers a highly competitive base salary, along with performance-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and continuous training and career advancement opportunities. $175 to $225K expected first year's earnings.
