Seeking a 3-5 years' experienced Associate Attorney with Business, Estate Planning, and Tax Law experience a plus. A top-tier, well-respected boutique law firm in Modesto is seeking a motivated individual to join a collaborative, team-centric office and to provide support for a Managing Partner. This fast-paced office has a growing caseload representing business owners, property owners, and high-net worth clients in complex litigation matters in expanding practice areas. They offer training and mentoring to the committed associate eager to learn strategies in resolving disputes.

With a solid path for career growth here, there are opportunities for a Partnership track for the self-motivated and determined attorney interested in a long term Forever Home. Salary base compensation range on Associate positions, DOE $120K-130K, plus bonus structure, full benefits suite, PTO, 401K.
