What you will be doing:
The Business Excellence Manager is responsible for supporting our clients in their quest to develop, install, and execute Operational Excellence Programs. You will be responsible for delivering a continuous improvement framework that enables clients to achieve a common continuous improvement language, processes, tools, and systems.

- Deploy, deliver, and develop competency that establishes holistic operational excellence programs for clients.
- Play a key role in contributing to the overall organizational goals and strategy roadmap and execution for our clients.
- Participate in the strategic planning process by translating strategic goals into operational goals.
- Support the definition of organizational structure and allocation of resources in support of Operational Excellence at the client.
- Provide leadership in creating, developing, and communicating a strategic vision for Operational Excellence.
- Develop transformation roadmaps in partnership with client teams to support their goals.
- Coach leaders on appropriate problem-solving approaches (lean, six sigma, etc.) for key issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders that interact with the program strategies and goals.
- Apply business excellence methodologies in a range of settings including operations, labs, engineering, administrative functions, and other related business processes.
- Key Success Measures will include: Team engagement in improvement programs, Operational Excellence Maturity Assessments, Lean Six Sigma skills development, and measurable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in a related technical and/or business discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 9-15 years of demonstrated leadership in the medical device industry or a directly related field.
- Strong background in holistic operational excellence structures and the associated tools/techniques.
- Comfortable guiding teams on operational excellence at all levels in their work environments.
- Dynamic and engaging facilitation/training skills.
- Solid coaching and mentoring competency.
- Ability to convey and communicate complex concepts simply and clearly.
- Self-starter, works independently and maintains a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Knowledge of and compliance with applicable Quality System requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.
- Proven experience working within the pharmaceutical industry, understanding its unique challenges and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Hoshin Kanri methodologies to drive strategic planning and continuous improvement, a plus.
- Proficiency in creating and using dashboards to track and report key performance metrics.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage and oversee budgets effectively.
- Skilled in organizing and leading large meetings, ensuring productive outcomes.
- Capable of developing and driving overall strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrates ability to work across various functions, adapting to different roles and responsibilities as needed.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,537.14 yearly in our lowest geographic market up to $188,305.70 yearly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
