As a Business Expense Administrator at Serenity Healthcare, you will be a pivotal member of our team, providing comprehensive support to our Accounting Department. This role demands a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality, as well as the ability to manage diverse priorities with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to the accounting team and the entire company.
- Effectively manage complex calendars and schedules for business travel needs.
- Supporting travelers to ensure safe and timely travel.
- Meticulously monitor multiple messaging and email platforms, responding on behalf of the company as required.
- Managing risk by ensuring compliance with company travel policies and budget targets.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable price and quality.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity in tracking key action items and issues.
- Verify purchases, schedule delivery times and resolve purchase errors.
- Authorize payments, maintain receipts, records and inventories.
- Anticipate needs and proactively complete other relevant tasks as requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing role supporting high-level professionals.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in booking and supporting professional travel.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating common sense in decision-making.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen and a commitment to timely follow-through.
