Hours 8 am - 5 pm.

Summary:

The Business Innovation Consultant Sr is responsible  for small to large sized initiatives that will improve operational efficiencies with the Wealth business. Assists with modernizing operational processes like funds movement, account opening, and directed transactional activity. Works closely with Business Innovation Team & Directors, National Practice Leads, as well as segment risk, compliance, trust operations, technology, legal, and audit teams, to develop solutions for improvement. Leads teams to reduce/eliminate manual processing, improve efficiencies.  Provides regular reporting to Business Innovation Team. Collaborates with Private Bank businesses to develop front office training. May work closely with Business Innovation Director to provide analyst and problem solving support for larger scale business initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works with business areas to solve moderate to complex problems
• Executes moderate to complex solutions that create business efficiencies
• Organizes data and leads team in making timely/effective decisions
• Communicates effectively with team and partners
• Able to use Business Innovation Team tools/processes; assists with creation of new tools
• Collaborates effectively with team members and colleagues
• Analyzes more complex data to assist team in making objective conclusions; learns wealth business to support solution execution
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 4-6 years of experience in Wealth & Investment Management or similar businesses where demonstrated strong ability to solve problems, work independently, and manage project initiatives to completion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to learn and develop problem solving skills independently and through peers
• Ability to work independently to complete daily tasks and projects
• Ability to handle complex tasks and projects with no to limited supervision
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret and explain data findings and communicate data driven stories

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
