About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Insurance Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential businesses to promote our business insurance offerings, schedule appointments with our licensed agents, and provide valuable support for office operations and customer service.
Salary Range: $37500.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential business clients via phone to introduce and promote our insurance products.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for licensed agents to meet with prospective clients.
- Assist with various office duties, including managing calendars, organizing documents, and maintaining client databases.
- Provide basic customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for effective outreach and lead generation.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus; training will be provided.
