Business Intelligence Analyst - Omnicell

About the Job
Responsibilities:
+ Produce prompt and accurate on demand reports
+ Develop one-time analyses and scheduled reports using database queries. Support the requirement gathering and documentation to publish query concepts into both internal and external reporting environments
+ Conduct data analysis and present findings in an accurate and timely manner to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure data methodology is prepare to accompany the analysis output and handoff
+ Ability to read, write, and interpret SQL Store Procedures
+ Connect meaningfully with external customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy
+ Work with external customers on developing data files and ensure the customer provides the file with appropriate file structure and content
+ Review, approve and provide feedback to external customers during test file reviews
+ Provide support to Implementation Managers during external customer calls to facilitate discussion and achieve project goals
+ Assist in the creation of the Business Requirements and Functional Requirements Documentation (BRD/FRD) and design
+ Connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy
+ Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, problem solve and use appropriate technology to produce results
+ Ability to utilize various data sources including pharmacy claim, hospital charge, prescription order, provider and location data to create reports and analyze data
+ Consistently model and inspire high levels of integrity
+ Assist in other technical projects as needed such as, but not limited to: ad hoc report requests to meet business needs
Required skills:
+ Strong experience in SQL: 2 years of SQL development AND Server platform
+ 2+ years of demonstrated analytical experience
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when necessary
+ Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (SMSS)
+ Advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel
+ Knowledge of relational database principles including SQL and MS-Office products are
+ Demonstrated Data Analytics and reporting skills that includes identifying themes, observations, outliers, patterns, etc. in the data
+ Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with work experience in presenting analysis to key stakeholders
+ Strong time management, multi-tasking & prioritization skills
+ Capable of independently managing business relationships and building trust
+ Learn quickly through self-study via communication and collaboration with other associates
+ Creativity and flexibility are a must as Omnicell 340B is a dynamic environment and requires a candidate that is comfortable facing new challenges
+ Experience working with external customers.
+ Experience in Pharma, Medical or healthcare industry.
Preferred skills:
+ Bachelor’s Degree degree
+ 2 years of SSRS or SSIS
+ Experience with EDI Data, PBM platforms, and/or Hospital Medical Record systems (EMR systems) such as EPIC, Centricity, Meditech, Cerner, etc
+ Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Azure, Jira, Confluence
+ Experience with Customer Relationship Management applications preferred (Salesforce, Monday.com)
+ Knowledge of the 340B drug program and navigating pharmacy data
+ Experience with pharmacy data including claims, orders, and hospital charges
+ Understanding of dimensional modeling and transactional modeling
