USAP is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with expert knowledge of Power BI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in transforming data into actionable insights and has a background in healthcare.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsibilities:






+ Designs, develops, and maintains advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.


+ Crafts and optimizes Power BI data models and DAX queries.


+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance BI infrastructure.


+ Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics.


+ Mentor team members in best practices of Power BI solutions.


+ Maintain documentation for BI processes and analytics.






Qualifications




KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

Requirements:






+ Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.


+ Proven experience (3+ years) as a BI Analyst with advanced expertise in Power BI.


+ Ability to manage the full lifecycle of BI projects from development to administration.


+ Strong knowledge connecting to data warehouses and other data sources.


+ Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with SSRS and SSIS.


+ Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.


+ Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.


+ Exceptional communication skills.
