Our client is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join their data-driven team in the Latham, NY, area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 7+ Years of Business Intelligence Experience & 3+ Years Leading a Team Required ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This role offers the opportunity to implement and enhance business intelligence strategies, manage data warehousing, and lead a team in delivering actionable insights. If you're a BI professional with strong leadership and data analysis skills, this may be the ideal position for you!
Responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Manager:
* Develop and execute a robust business intelligence strategy, implementing best practices for data analysis and reporting.
* Manage large data sets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouses, optimizing data storage solutions for efficient access.
* Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous improvement.
* Align with stakeholders to meet data needs and provide tailored BI solutions.
* Maintain data integrity through governance policies, quality controls, and validation processes.
* Track business performance using KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
* Stay updated on BI technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to improve processes.
* Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications of the Business Intelligence Manager:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
* 7+ years of business intelligence experience, preferably within the finance or private market sector.
* 3+ years of experience leading a team.
* Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) and data modeling techniques.
* Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and Snowflake.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Knowledge of data governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
