About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Analyst, you will be responsible for helping clients improve data and processes by understanding business needs by gather, interpreting, defining data.
This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.
What You’ll Do:
+ Generate reports using data from multiples sources to understand trends in data.
+ Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from stakeholders.
+ Build applications used to collect and display data to customers.
+ Identify opportunities for improvements among the clients and company.
+ Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Work as an individual and with teams, as needed.
+ Follow an agile framework to plan, organize and communicate work.
+ Become a subject matter expert on topics related to commercial real estate.
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Understanding of the project lifecycle with a focus on collecting business requirements and user acceptance testing
+ Ability to lead meetings and present key findings to stakeholders.
+ Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio or similar
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Intelligence Analyst position is $108,000 annually [or $51.92 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence Analyst position is $115,000 annually [or $55.29 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
