Scope:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will support other departments by providing analysis of increasingly complex business questions. The BI analyst will work cross functionally with other teams including Engineering, Products, and Operations to measure performance, analyze customers' behaviors and trends, build dashboards and transform raw data into concise intelligence that will help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data-driven decision making and able to do analysis on large unstructured data sets and quickly grasp new technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develops reporting requirements and specifications with business and development teams.
- Designs and implements reporting solutions enabling stakeholders to make effective decisions.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards that will be used by other teams and presented to Executives during weekly meetings
- Conducts ad hoc data analysis and data quality investigations.
- Analyze granular data for segment and trend analysis
- Data reconciliation and QA between different data feeds
- Use a variety of tools to analyze system performance and user behavior
Must Have:
- SQL
- Tableau
- Data analysis
- Data Reporting
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in analytical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics…); Master's degree preferred
- 4+years of relevant experience working as a BI/data analyst or similar role performing analytics
- Experience of SQL and database technologies is essential and required
- Experience or knowledge of the following is required: Data warehousing methodologies/techniques, Business Intelligence reporting
- Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships and achieve results by working collaboratively with others
- Experience working with very large data sets
- Exposure to Hadoop or other big data tools is a plus
- Working knowledge of statistical methodologies a plus
- R, Python, Hive, machine learning a plus
