Overview:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This position reports to the Director Business Intelligence and Data Services and is responsible for identifying software development that best suit existing systems and resources to improve delivery efficiency, project monitoring and knowledge continuity.
- Analyze business requirements and develop design specifications and test plans
- Design and develop ETL processes
- Process, cleansing, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
- Efficiently extract, transforms and load data to the data warehouse from various business applications
- Monitor and manage new and existing integration elements to ensure continued customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business intelligence, computer science or a related field
- 5 years’ progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as tableau and SAS and programming tools such as SQL or Python
- Requires demonstrated experience in project management
- Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Azure, AWS, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server DB Modelling and development and Microsoft SQL Server Integration service (SSIS)
- Knowledge Business Intelligence Reporting Technologies such as Micro Strategy, Tableau, SSRS, Power BI, etc.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to new technology and processes quickly
