A reputable, well-established full service law firm is looking to bring on an Associate Attorney with 4-10 years' experience, interested in joining a team-oriented, collegial official culture; the ideal candidate to be positive-minded, seeking long term career development and goals.

Experience preferred in business law matters including business acquisitions and sales, entity formations, M&A; a variety of legal matters faced by business owners, as well as real estate matters, estate planning, probate proceedings, and estate and trust administration.

Base compensation from $130K+ DOE, plus bonus opportunities, a Cadillac suite of benefits and more, plus 401K with a generous match.
