Associate Attorney – Employment Law and Business Litigation (Hybrid position)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation matters of varying complexity, including individual cases, class actions, and PAGA claims.
• Maintain regular communication with client representatives and opposing counsel.
• Assist in conducting workplace investigations.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions (including dispositive motions), and legal correspondence.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.

Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
• 2–4 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Experience with wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and a collaborative team player.
