BUSINESS LITIGATION ATTORNEY-SAN DIEGO

$310,000 to $365,000

Job Description:

We have an opportunity available to work in the business litigation practice group in our San Diego office.& Preferred candidates should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation.&

The candidate must have (i) 4-5 years of significant litigation experience (ii) practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm (iii) project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality (iv) experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and professional staff (v) a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution.& Current admittance to the California bar required.& Experience in the areas of technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company v. company disputes preferred but not required.& EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
