Because of this, we are searching for a dedicated and hungry Business Management Representative to work our customer base and close the sales cycle on new and existing product inquiries. Business Management Representative Daily Responsibilities:

• Communicate product features and benefits directly to inquiring customers through outreach and sales
• Learn to analyze our targeted customers by utilizing specific territory and demographic research
• Seek out new sales opportunities and employ the benefit of cross-selling approved products
• Be a skilled expert at market and territory research, connecting with our targeted audiences, increasing quality engagements, and brand profitability
• Dedication to achieving high closing sales rates through overturning objections and utilizing negotiation tactics
• Work with other Business Management Trainees and the Managers to ensure all goals for our clients are met

Skills Needed For Success As Our Business Management Representative:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field is required
• 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, Account Management, Sales, and/or Management position is highly desired
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Tenacity, grit, and a dedication to professionalism
• A student mentality and the drive to succeed and gain new skill sets
• Approachable and a positive, empathetic demeanor
