As a Business Manager Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering AT&T’s cutting-edge solutions to help customers meet their communication and business needs. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals with a passion for sales and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients through direct, in-person interactions, focusing on AT&T’s product offerings
- Accurately onboard new clients by gathering their information, fostering relationships, and delivering engaging presentations
- Attend client meetings to refine and develop new sales tactics to drive customer acquisition and grow AT&T’s market presence
- Sell and negotiate contracts with new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Represent the company and AT&T’s brand with professionalism when interacting with clients, customers, and internal teams
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the Sales Team to develop strategies that will increase sales revenue for AT&T’s services
- Gain in-depth knowledge of AT&T’s wireless solutions to stay ahead of the competition and offer superior service to clients
- Work independently, exercising sound judgment to engage, develop, and retain a portfolio of clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Inside/Outside Sales, Client Success Management, or related roles
- Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to understand and address client needs
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
- A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a passion for achieving high-level results
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for delivering clear presentations and negotiating contracts
