About the Job
Are you a highly skilled Business Administrator with a background in Government Contracts? Can you carry out organizational goals, policies, and procedures? Join our growing team of innovative professionals and help us continue to grow and do great work to support each other and our clients. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day business operations, tracking and facilitating Security requirements for awarded contracts, and ensure company compliance. This is a full-time position located in Springfield, VA.
Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of experience as a Business Administrator, including proven success collaborating with C-Suite, Stakeholders, and Clients to problem solve and develop and manage procedures.
- Demonstrated experience with planning and executing strategies for streamlining and improving business operations.
- Ability to handle business corporate finances and assist the CFO with budget planning, invoicing, billing and payroll processing.
- Experience with Security Clearances and compliance.
- Working background in Government Contracts
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Experience using Unanet, or another comparable financial system.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and a strong communicator (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field.
- Ability to work in the U.S
