About the Job
Litehouse is hiring a strategic Business Manager I to join our team! This position is open to remote candidates.
The Business Manager I plans, organizes, and manages various projects across the organization, with a primary focus on revenue-generating projects. Owner and custodian of the key project planning, execution and monitoring deliverables including timeline, key milestones, cost alignment, and other tasks, as assigned. Supports deliverable tracking and management reporting. Requires significant coordination with cross-functional partners, both internally and externally.
What you will do
- Lead projects and manage timelines for revenue-generating initiatives (i.e. new product development) by working closely with sales and various cross functional team members to achieve targeted launch dates.
- Responsible for ensuring project-specific administration needs are kept up to date and accurate (includes project updates).
- Evaluates risk and opportunity impacts to existing or proposed projects and suggests risk mitigation actions.
- Drive team meetings and deliver timely and accurate meeting recaps and status.
- Generate new ideas and implement new solutions to improve processes, resulting in increased efficiencies and profits.
- Assist with the development of business strategy and marketing plans for all channels of business.
- Responsible for understanding costing structure to ensure pricing quotes meet the strategic and financial goals of Litehouse.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or equivalent Required
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing or related field Required or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in project management, sales, marketing, or similar experience, preferably with Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Proven experience organizing, managing/executing multiple active project with client/customer services orientation
Knowledge/Skill/Abilities
- Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas effectively and efficiently in the common language.
- Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. (High proficiency)
- Ability to make strong presentations and contribute effectively to a team environment.
- Good proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
