What your future day will look like:
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis for business initiatives.
- Collaborate on strategic planning and business goals, including annual and five-year plans.
- Assist with bidding new work, ensure accurate proposals, oversee legal contract reviews and coordinate administrative submittals post-award.
- Develop vendor relationships, explore cost-saving opportunities, assist with purchasing strategies, evaluate outsourcing vs. in-house production.
- Assist in developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and creating a candidate pipeline.
- Supervise inside sales, rentals, and marketing staff to grow the companys market presence.
- Oversee IT, warehouse, rentals, and administrative functions, including insurance, banking, and legal compliance.
- Assist with reconciliation of bank accounts, payables, receivables, and financial reporting.
- Oversee project cost reporting and financial analysis to support business decisions.

- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- 5+ years in a similar role
- Construction experience is preferred
