You will have the opportunity to engage with customers daily, sharing product and service knowledge, and addressing any queries they may have. This role also offers the chance to collaborate closely with our managers and sales team, contributing to lead generation and upselling opportunities.

Business Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• Working with the entry-level Business Marketing Associate team and Managers to integrate product and service knowledge with the opportunity for sales promotions to local customers.
• Staying updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing the customer support and sales team of noteworthy news items and opportunities to provide the highest level of support and guidance.
• Be consistently professional, friendly, and positive in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and managers.
• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the support team.

Business Marketing Associate Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in a customer service base position
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to be adaptable at any given time when working with customers
• Communication skills
• Reliable transportation to the office daily
