Position Summary:
The Temporary Business Office Assistant will be responsible for providing essential support to our Legacy AR team in Pennsylvania. This role will involve assisting with a variety of administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Legacy AR tasks for Pennsylvania communities
- Providing administrative support to the Business Office team
- Managing financial records and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborating with community staff to address resident and family needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
