The Endoscopy Center, Hilois seeking a motivated Business Office Coordinator to join our team. We are a fast-paced ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) environment, committed to delivering the highest quality care and experience for patients and their families.
Job Summary
The Business Office Coordinator (BOC) assists the Business Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and smooth management of Registration and Medical Records departments. The BOC will supervise these areas, while stepping in to manage the business office in the absence of the Business Office Manager. This role supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization and reports to the Business Office Manager.
The starting pay for this position is between $20 to $24 an hour.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in managing medical records and healthcare administrative functions.
- Familiarity with ASC or healthcare-specific business office systems.
- Experience with cash receipts reconciliation and financial reporting.

Required Skills
- Previous experience in business office operations, preferably in healthcare or an ASC setting.
- Strong supervisory skills, with experience managing staff in Registration and Medical Records.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable systems, with an emphasis on managing contracts and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with financial reports and systems.
