Responsibilities:

• Enters and verifies admissions and insurance data into the billing system
• Develops daily census reports and updates payer information as needed
• Responsible for resident payment and collections
• Assists with management of Resident Fund accounts
• Answers and handles family questions regarding billing, insurance coverage
• Handles weekly AP invoice submission, remote check scanning and deposits
• Performs all tasks and duties as assigned by the Business Office Director

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Medicaid
• Experience in long-term care
