Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Business Office Manager to support our billing and collections processes. If you have a strong background in administrative support, billing, and collections, and are passionate about working in healthcare, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing billing and collections for patient accounts
- Support the Business Office Manager with day-to-day operations
- Ensure accuracy in billing records, payments, and financial documentation
- Collaborate with residents, families, and insurance companies to resolve billing inquiries
- Help maintain compliance with all healthcare-related billing regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in billing, collections, or a similar role (healthcare billing experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office
