Position Overview:

The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative, financial, and operational functions of the business office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring efficient office operations, strong leadership skills, and an understanding of healthcare financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
• Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and office budget management
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth business office operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Business Office Manager, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
• Strong knowledge of billing and financial procedures within healthcare, including Medicaid and Medicare
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in financial software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
