The Office Manager is a vital member of the team and plays a huge role in our day to day operations beginning with such responsibilities as A/P, A/R, account reconciliation, month end closing and a variety of other duties.
Qualified candidates will have a strong knowledge of accounting, an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge and proficiency of PC based applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. They will be detail orientated, accurate, able to work independently and in a group, have the ability to multi-task and will possess good communication skills. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
