JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Office Manager provides general operational support. Responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, month-end processes, payroll, administrative services for residents and employees, and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a business office environment, leading administrative and financial responsibilities, preferablyin a healthcare environment.
- Prior Human Resource experience will help you thrive in this role.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
