Business Office Manager position is responsible for Community accounting functions including: Resident and third-party billing; Collection of outstanding invoices and participation in monthly collection calls; Monthly validation and review of billing rates for PMMA Controller; Receipt, process and coding of vendor invoices; Communication of financial commitments, contracts, purchases, and orders to Home Office to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting; Assisting with tracking and reconciliation of all capital expenditures, cash accounts.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or TRAINING:
• Associate degree in accounting or one year of experience in bookkeeping or as a business office manager in senior living or related business
• High School Diploma or equivalent
