• Maintain organized records and assist with compliance-related tasks.
• Coordinate communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a healthcare or senior living setting as a business office manager.
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and HR practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in office software and management systems.
