- Oversee HR functions including onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain organized records and assist with compliance-related tasks.
- Coordinate communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a healthcare or senior living setting as a business office manager.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and HR practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in office software and management systems.
